Our reach
What we do
In Karachi, primary healthcare often depends on affordability, not need. The Zubaida Machiyara Trust (ZMT) breaks that barrier with doctor consultations, lab tests, medicines and specialised programs for women and children, close to home.
ZMT began with three clinics. Today it runs 41 across Karachi — Orangi, Korangi, Landhi, Machar Colony, Lyari and Baldia. Your donation keeps them open every day.
Many neighbourhoods have no affordable doctor, no maternal care and no lab nearby. For a daily-wage family, one hospital visit can cost a day’s income. Your donation means they never have to choose.

A lifeline where there was none
In Orangi, Korangi, Machar Colony, Ibrahim Hyderi, Lyari and Baldia, the nearest clinic is often too far or too expensive. ZMT brings free consultations, diagnostics and medicines to these neighbourhoods.
Public hospitals are overloaded and private care unaffordable. Primary healthcare gets the least funding of all — your donation fills that gap, directly and transparently.
